1. Who we are

Salecom - Tasken ("SaleCom", "we"), a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) with organisation number 931 743 449 MVA and business address Briskebyveien 48, 0259 Oslo, Norway, is a marketing agency providing lead-generation and advertising-campaign management services to driving schools and similar businesses in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Germany. 2. Our services

We plan, launch, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads on behalf of our clients, and deliver the resulting enquiries ("leads") to those clients. The specific scope, pricing and any performance guarantees are agreed in each client's individual agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Internal software

SaleCom operates internal software ("SaleCom Pulse") used by our own employees to monitor and optimize client campaigns, including through official advertising-platform APIs. This software is not offered to external users, and no third party is granted access to it or to the platform APIs through it.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, hold the rights to materials they supply for advertising, and follow up leads in accordance with applicable consumer and privacy law. Clients remain responsible for their own websites, offers and pricing.

5. Intellectual property

Advertising materials created by SaleCom remain SaleCom's property until otherwise agreed. Client trademarks and materials remain the client's property; the client grants us a licence to use them for the agreed campaigns.

6. Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable professional skill and care. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, SaleCom's total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Advertising platforms are operated by third parties; we are not responsible for their outages, policy decisions or account actions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the individual client agreement. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including liability and intellectual-property provisions) continue to apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts, with legal venue in the district of SaleCom's business address.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Material changes affecting active client agreements are communicated directly.
